Careers at Build_it
Build the platform that builds Africa's talent.
We're a small, intentional team working on a problem that matters — making digital skill-building actually work for African learners. If that excites you, read on.
How we work
What we believe in
Completion over enrolment
We optimise for outcomes, not numbers. Every decision we make is measured against one question: does this improve learner completion?
African context first
We don't import and adapt. We build from here. Every case study, benchmark, and example reflects West African professional reality.
Structured freedom
We have strong opinions about the methodology. Within that, we give every team member the autonomy to figure out how to make it work.
Small team, big leverage
We're intentionally lean. Everyone here is a force multiplier — we move fast, take ownership, and ship things that matter.
