The Transformation

Before Build_it

I had been applying to tech jobs for 6 months with zero callbacks. My CV looked thin because I'd taught myself to code outside of university.

After Build_it

Building SkillMatch forced me to understand both sides of the hiring problem. Ironically, the project itself became the portfolio piece that got me hired at an HR-tech startup.
